"Mentenence is high without any facilities in society no market, swimpool, Gym and Club till date not operational, Power back take time to start minimum 45min to 1:30 hour. There is no greenry, park and lift lobby is so dirty. If you lodge complaint in FMG for cleaning or electricity nobody will response and no one will come for maintainace ,it's more like living in slum and paying high maintainace and rent. There is no shopping complex or club otmr swimming area in society"

"As a woman who often goes on walks alone, I tend to go around the society in the evening, and then while returning, since it's dark, i take the nearest society entry so that I do majority of the walk inside the society instead of travelling on main roads. I live in Klassic which has three building groups A, B and C. All of them are connected with three different main gates. I live in tower A. The guards are so difficult and rude with their rules. They don't let me enter through the B or C gates, and tell me to travel from the main rode alone, and enter from A gate only. This is completely illogical and nonsensical, especially since the society is connected from the inside. I would feel safer walking inside the society than travel through the more deserted main roads and reach my A gate (it is still a place under construction so there are a lot of barren areas). I have been facing this since I have moved here. I believe this is a form of harassment in the name of following make believe rules which are not even working in the benefit of the residents themselves. What is the point of living in a place like this? My life has become hell. If somebody can suggest a solution or help me out, please reply to this review. Those who are thinking of moving here, don't. The guards are very rude and they do the job of arguing with you better than their actual job which is to ensure security in the place."

"Was here to meet one of my friend. Build quality of flats are very poor. Building looks unwell. Parking is too congested. Security guards are not much helpful. Public conveyance is not available for this tower. This building is closer to Adobe company office only. I wish JayPee had made this bit better. Balcony are just useless"

"Specious house from inside. 3+1bhk with 2 bigger bedrooms. But 3rd one is smaller and also kitchen space is less. The one is servant room with enough space for 1 person only and attached bathroom to it. And has outside n separate entrance for this. Parking is ok here. But balcony space is nit good at all, too small and conjusted. It would be better if they didn't provide any balcony or single balcony with enough space."
